Delivery Policy

Digital delivery

All services on Astrologger are delivered electronically through the website and app:

• Consultations (chat, call and video) are delivered live, in real time, during your session.
• Horoscopes, kundli, panchang and other readings are generated and shown to you instantly within the app.
• Purchased reports (for example a detailed kundli PDF) are generated on purchase and made available for download/viewing immediately, and a copy is sent to your registered email where applicable.

Delivery time

Digital items are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of a successful payment. If a generated report takes longer due to processing, it is delivered within 24 hours.

If you do not receive a purchased digital item, contact us and we will re-deliver it promptly.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical products. Any remedies, gemstones or items featured for guidance are informational only and are not dispatched by Astrologger.
