These terms govern your use of Astrologger (the "Service"), operated by Astrologger. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Nature of the service
Astrologger provides astrology consultations, horoscopes, tarot, kundli and birth-chart readings. All content and consultations are provided for entertainment and general wellbeing purposes only.
Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult an appropriate professional for important matters.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to make payments on the Service.
Payments and wallet
Consultations and certain features are paid using a prepaid wallet balance, charged on a per-minute basis (from ₹22/min) or as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing astrologers, sharing unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it for any illegal purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Astrologger name, branding, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the birth details and personal information you submit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any decision you make based on a reading, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
